i'm cirrus

a couple of weeks ago i mentioned that my grandma and i were working on making a duvet cover that is supposed to look the the Cirrus Anthropologie bedding

well..

she finished it,

it's made from some cheap bed sheets we found at target for less than ten dollars each.

and we followed this tutorial

anthropologie - $298.00

my grandma and I - $32.00

you can't deny it,
i have a pretty awesome grandma.

there is beauty in simplicity

my room needed some more things to hang on the walls
i came upon this tutorial

i looked everywhere to find an old print so i just decided to do it black.
i kind of wish i'd do it in a better color but nevertheless,

i got a regular white canvas square and paint it all black. i would suggest painting it a cooler color.

i measured and divided the canvas and ran thread straight across to line up the letters straight.
then i put the sticker letters on

i spray painted it all white

then i peeled off the stickers
then....

tadahhhhhh
the E on the top bled through a little but overall it looks pretty sharp.
the black is pretty boring but it's super easy to paint something different underneath.
i'm excited to hang it up on my wall next to my world map.
